JUVÉDERM VOLLURE™ Now Available at Parva Plastic Surgery

We are pleased to announce that JUVÉDERM VOLLURE™—Allergan’s newest dermal filler in the JUVÉDERM^® family—is now available at Parva Plastic Surgery! This advanced injectable is designed with Vycross technology to smooth moderate to severe lines and wrinkles with effects that can last up to 18 months. Once the increased volume in the targeted area(s) begins to fade, touch-up treatments can generally be received to maintain an optimal outcome.

Which Soft Tissue Filler Is Right for Me?

With the number of similar dermal fillers available today, it can be difficult to understand the differences between each product, as well as which concerns each one is formulated to address. All fillers in the JUVÉDERM^® collection are formulated with Hyaluronic Acid (HA), a natural substance occurring in our body. Scheduling a consultation with Nancy Neiderer, RN, BSN—our experienced nurse injector—will be the most effective way to determine which injectable (or combination of injectables) is right for you. The following information can help you distinguish between the soft tissue fillers offered at our practice.

• JUVÉDERM VOLUMA^® – JUVÉDERM VOLUMA^® with Vycross technology is formulated to restore lost volume in the cheeks and midface and minimize moderate to severe lines. It effects can last up to two years.
• JUVÉDERM VOLBELLA^® – JUVÉDERM VOLBELLA^® has the smallest molecular weight of any product in the JUVÉDERM^® family, which contributes to the product’s duration and lower HA concentration for a smoother gel. This FDA-approved filler is designed to add subtle, natural-looking volume to the lips. Additionally, it can be an excellent option for diminishing fine lines surrounding the mouth (perioral rhytids). For the majority of individuals, JUVÉDERM VOLBELLA^® results can last upwards of a year.
• JUVÉDERM VOLLURE™ – As highlighted above, this new soft tissue filler is specially designed to smooth moderate to severe wrinkles, such as the nasolabial folds or other age-related volume loss in the face and can last up to 18 month for most women and men.
