Breast Augmentation (Saline)

This 31 year-old young woman has one child and has always had a low breast volume. She is 5-5 and weighs 130 lb. The tightness of the lower pole of the breast signifies a “breast constriction deformity.” She had a subpectoral breast augmentation with a transaxillary approach with 350cc saline implants filled to 390cc which also corrected her breast constriction. She now wears a 36 C cup.
