This 38 year-old young woman wanted to improve her breast volume and body proportions through breast augmentation. She is 5’5 and 125 lbs. She had full projecting 385cc silicone gel implants through an inframammary approach. She is seen 3 year after surgery and went from an A cup to a C cup.
