This 46 year young active Mom of one child had a suspicious lesion in the upper portion of the left breast which was confirmed to be cancer. A partial mastectomy was performed, removing an area the size of a small grapefruit. Immediate reconstruction was performed rearranging the remaining breast tissue and a breast reduction for symmetry was performed on the opposite side. She then went on to have radiation and is seen 10 months post op. She is very happy to have natural looking breasts maintaining the larger breast size that she was accustomed to.
