This 48 year-old young woman found a right breast mass, confirmed to be an infiltrating ductal carcinoma. She is 5’1″, 105lb and has one child. She had a right nipple-sparing mastectomy with placement of a tissue expander. Four months later the tissue expander was replaced with a high profile 375cc silicone gel implant and the left breast was augmented with a moderate profile 210cc silicone gel implant for symmetry. She is seen 2 years later.
