This 35 year-old young woman developed an early stage left breast cancer with a strong family history of breast cancer. Therefore, she had bilateral nipple sparing mastectomy with implant reconstruction with high profile 700 cc. silicone gel implants. The incision is hidden in her breast crease and the entire breast skin and nipple were preserved giving her a very natural breast reconstruction result.
