This healthy 39 year-old mother of 2 was noted to have a suspicious left breast mass on routine breast exam by her Gynecologist. A biopsy confirmed breast cancer. She was a good candidate for a nipple-sparing mastectomy which was performed and an expander was placed at the same time. Six months later the expander was replaced with a 325cc saline implant filled to 390cc and a breast augmentation with a 200cc saline implant was performed on the right side for symmetry.
